Queensland Scallop season started in January
Beautiful Queensland scallops - frozen on the half shell for the domestic market or frozen in 2 kg blocks for the Hong Kong and China markets are available now. Vessels have been working the 3 scallop replenishment areas that opened this season with reasonable success when they are able to get out to fish!
